What happened to MFK ?????

Is MFK still in business ? I want to purchase a X24 MFK edition call and have been calling them 2-3 times a day for the last 14 days with no response. I cant leave a message because the phone just keeps ringing. I have e-mailed them a bunch of times also no response. Im hesitant now to place an order and send them 800.00 when they cant answer the phone or respond to e-mails. Their business must be so good they dont need new customers or they are out of business.

Have you tried to contact them through their FaceBook page? I haven't seen anything about them closing shop. A buddy of mine bought one from them a few months ago and had zero issues.
 
I bought my MFK edition from one of the Foxpro/thermal dealers a couple years ago, can't recall exactly who at the moment.
 
This is my pet peeve. You can teach a monkey to answer an email. It requires no special skill or talent. Just discipline. But, very few in the professional world do it.

I guess that is good for me. I estimate half my business happens because I respond quickly to my customers. Last year, I earned over $300K.

If I ever have another job interview and they want to know why they should hire me, I am going to say ...

"I have a super power. I answer my emails."
 
I’ve tried to contact them 3 separate times in the past and have not once heard a peep back from them. Definitely pushed me to be a lucky duck fan. Guaranteed if you try to contact Rick P. you will get a reply back very quickly!
 
I can only tell you my experience with them. I've contacted them 3-4 times and got a reply within a day or so. I even contacted them about a few people on this forum that said they were trying to contact them and they wrote me back saying they would contact them that for some reason their emails went to their spam folder. Truth? Not truth? Who knows...

One good thing. If their service isn't to your liking you can go to another company or just start your own.
 
This is truly highly unprofessional on their part. If they already know their emails end up in the spam folder, wouldn't it be logical for them to check that folder daily
 
I have the MFK x24. I have used it for 5+ years. The MFK sounds are fine. But, I can't say their sounds call in anymore coyotes than the stock Foxpro sounds.

Many of the features / sounds in modern callers are there to call hunters in at Cabelas, not coyotes in the field.

So...

Did you express that you have been trying to get in touch with them for a few weeks now? If so, what was their reply?
 
I let them know that I had called 17 times in the last 3 weeks. They just said they didnt know why they never got the calls because they are there everyday. Once I reached them they were very helpful and processed my order very quickly the call should be here on Monday per the tracking number.
