what happened to the savage 112 fvss??

what happened to the savage 112 fvss?? I was reading the post on the remington sendero and remembered savage used to make the 112 fvss with a 26"bbl. But there web site only lists the 12 fvss in short action. Dave
 
Nothing happen to it,I don't think. If you are wanting one all you need to do is call savage and ask there custom shop. If it is not being offered as a reg. set up, they will make you one out of there custom shop. There making me a Mod 12 Low Profile w/ stainless steel ,fluted bull barrel(same barrel as 12BVSS)in a long action 25-06.in a left hand . Its nothing they offer but they can make and will if you call them.There customs are a little pricey though but i think its worth it . There guns are known for being very accurate out of the box. I know my 22-250 is a tack driver
