I've got a few German eyeballs, couple if cases, but my favorite knife so far is a colD steel counter tac 2. Best knife I believe I ever purchased

I normal carry a Kershaw Salvo everyday and for hunting I have two or three to choose from but I seem to always go to my Bear & Son Damascus Skinner. rp

Daily, I carry a Boker Switchblade

When out in the field, I carry a "utility" hunter made by Rainshadow (forum member)

On the days that I want to "Show Off", I might be carrying one of my Engles that I designed and had produced by Bill Engle..

By "showing off", when we lived in Florida, the wife and I went to a 'Biker Bar & Grill" that specialized in serving Porterhouse Steaks, but all their steak knives had been stolen over the years and they served plastic utensils with steaks... I whipped out the Engle on the left and the waitress's eyes got a little big and said, "Works for me"....and brought me another beer one the house..

For every day carry it's my Kershaw Zero Tolerance. Whilst hunting, I prefer a fixed blade either my Dave Kauffman or one of my R. J. Customs. Both of these custom blade makers are out of Montana. The Randalls I collect. Grizz

Daily - a little Gerber clip on folder, a Leatherman Wave, and a Leatherman Squirt. While hunting, I carry those plus a custom hunter/skinner made by Rainshadow. When hog hunting I carry a custom Damascus-bladed knife, as that steel seems to hold a better edge for longer when working with coarse hog hair.

Automatic. AKA Switchblade.

They are legal here as long as I am in the process of going to, actively engaged in, or coming back from either fishing or hunting.

I know, who would have thought in the occupied zone!?

Carried a bunch of knives over the years, for years I had buck lites - The first generation of them, a sod buster spent time in my pocket, several Remington hunters and a gentlemens knife, a no name stockman gotten in the military spent the most time in my pocket until it was lost in Globe Arizona after skinning two bobcats for a friend. I still miss that cheap old knife. For a while I was a big carbon steel Moore Maker Knife guy, I have several of 'em, most have yellow handles. I've fallen in love with Case single bladed yellow handle carbon steel trappers lately. This has been almost the perfect knife for me lately. Not to big, not to small, unlike the Moore Makers they have a steel that can take and hold a decent edge.

It is not at all uncommon for me to pull out my pocket knife, even in the most stylish steak houses. I prefer my blade to those glorified saws found in resteraunts these days. Some waitresses don't exactly know what to make of it. Others .... well others just seem to understand...

I don't have many fancy knives. Several darned good knives and one Randall. The Randall NEVER seems to make it in the field, kind of a knife snobs knife. To big, to heavy, to pretty, to much of everything. When getting serious about cutting, pretty doesnt count, a plane old Chicago Knife does most of the work.

I'm a knife junkie! For daily pocket carry I switch quite often. Today I carried a Microtech LCC...

Last week I was packing a Benchmade Axis lock...

Sometimes I like the classic slip joints like this Swell Center Moore Maker...

Or this bone handled Case with CV steel...

I skinned a deer last week with this Bob Dozier Semi-Skinner...

I could go on, I love good quality blades!

My father left me a huge collection of small folding knives and on any given day I could carry a different one. My favorite is a long thin Schrade Walden (from back in the days they were made here in the US) inspection knife. The one with the razor blade etched on the long blade. It will shave hair no problem and its handy for lots of things.

My hunting knife collection is made up of 6-7 different ones. Personal favorite is a Marbles Fieldcraft but I also have a Buck Vanguard and a few custom jobs.

Daily- I carry a CRKT M16-14ZSF Desert Tact.

In my calling vest- basic Gerber skinner

On my pack- Kershaw Alaskan Blade Trader

I'd like to get a fancy custom knife, but I don't know if I'd use it or just set it on the shelf to admire.

I usually carry daily a stainless steel Winchester and an el cheapo multi-tool. When I'm hunting I also carry a really nice carbon steel little Anza skinning knife. That sucker can hold an edge!

Nothing special.
Always my older, yet trusty Leatherman.
And then if I think necessary, just a cheap Wally World lockback with a 1/2-serrated blade.

I keep telling myself that "one of theses days" I'm going to have someone make me a truly real good, custom knife.
