Honestly a lower is a lower unless it is a Vulcan. I personally am not a fan of the Essential Arms, but that is just based off of cosmetics as many people have built the EAs up no problem.
That is really what it boils down to. Pick the one you think looks the coolest. In the end, they almost all build the same and you honestly will never know how they match up with other uppers until you have the two pieces in your hands.
