What optic would you use on a AR 15 300 Blackout???

I just bought a AR in 300 Blackout just because I could and without giving it much thought before I did was wondering which optic you guys are using on yours? My 18 year old daughter will mainly be the one shooting it as shes the one that talked me into buying it!!! It will more than likely be used for pigs, deer and the occasional predator. Most shots will be less than 200 yards. We don't really like the red dot sights. I was thinking about the new Zeiss Terra but haven't heard much about them yet. I would really appreciate your opinions.

I went with a Leupold VX6 1-6 on mine. My reasoning was that within the ranges I'd be hunting 0-300ish yards, a 1-6 is plenty of power. Also, 1x on the low end is really nice for those close up shots where a sneaky cat or yote shows up in your lap. A 1-4 would be adequate as well on a hunting/calling rifle.

There are a lot of good choices in those power ranges by Burris, Leupold, SWFA, Vortex, Nightforce etc..

.

James runs a Vortex Razor HD Gen II 1-6x on his 300 BLK and after testing it for a while, there were occasional scenarios where 6x just wasn't quite enough.
We have lots of big country and sometimes it's nice to be able to use the scope as a secondary spotter.

I went with the Bushnell 1-8.5 SMRS that will run on my close range 300 BLK upper and integrally suppressed 9mm Upper.
Gave serious consideration to the March 1-10x as well as the IOR 1-10x but couldn't pass on the SMRS for the price I snagged it.

Should be big fun.

I was very impressed with them. What you got will probably go on my next rimfire purchase.
