What other FoxPro sounds for coyotes?

I talked to a guy the other day that said chicken calls were working well for him. In an area that has no chickens for miles. Maybe 50 miles. Something to try.

I used Lightning Jack again today after I posted. No response.. I switched to " Young Rabbit" and one came in.. lol its funny to see what works and what doesent.

Agree! We went out last night and I started with turkey distress. Nothing after 5 minutes. I let it off, let it cool down, then did Lucky Bird, thinking, hey, they're both birds. After 10 minutes, nothing. Mute, cool. Lightning Jack. Two coyotes popped over the hill about 800 yards (yeah... 3/4 mile) off and milled around for a bit. They started to leave so I tried Pup Distess. They stopped, milled, started, and then finally left.

LJ got them to show though- I'm not confident of the higher pitched bird calls carrying the distance. It might be that LJ was simply the first call to reach their ears. But, there's no question that they could hear the call at 3/4 mile because they reacted to the change to Pup Distress.
