I am constantly buying binos and rangefinders to test.
Swarovski EL 12x50 Swarovision binos hands down.
For a rangefinder I would definetly go leupold RX 1000/TBR with DNA. They work very good at picking up animals at long range and the price is right. Also there screen display is very clear and easy to see and read. Also you can range with one hand easily cause they are small.
The combo bino/rangefinder does not work for me because I like a small rangefinder so I can range with one hand. The combo is to heavy to stay steady on target.
