when did CVA start making T/C Encore barrels ?

i just saw at Natches the CVA makes T/C encore barrels
when did this start ?
has anyone tried one, or will i be the first
 
Actually Bergara makes them with consultation from Ed Shilen. I have 2 Bergara barrels on a CVA Optima Elite, 7mm-08 and 300 WinMag, they shoot well, just as good as my Encore prohunter 375H&H barrel. All of the reports ot the GBO Encore forum have been positive, the only negativity coming from they're made in Spain, and not the US. Grafs and Midway also carry them.

Most, if not all, CVA guns are made in Spain. By a company called Bergara. Bergara has been making some T/C barrels for almost a year now, if my memory is correct. They aren't making them for T/C, they're competing with them.

I haven't tried them, but if you're happy with CVA guns, you should be happy with Bergara barrels on the T/C.
