Anyone know where to find some foam for a Pelican 1750 that isnt 60 bucks? I know someone has to have something similar that I can get and cut to fit if need be. I cant imagine paying 60 plus shipping for some foam.

I have been looking also! I will let you know if I find any, I will buy another case before I pay $60.00 + Shipping for one peice of Foam...

Exactly! I found a few online "foam" dealers but their prices arent too far off from Pelicans. I mean its just foam, you would think the stuff was made of gold.

Thats the issue im running into now. I have found foam at some surplus stores but it is lacking density. I guess im just going to have to hit the pavement and check a bunch of places. I was hoping for an easy answer but its just my luck!

Get a mat like the ones you put under your sleeping bag. Cut it into strips and glue them together for the thickness you want. Might work????

That actually might work. I wish I wasnt so stubborn and would just pay the 60 bucks but I just cant bring myself to do it out of principle.

Warpig, there is a large upholstery shop on Cave Creek rd,just south of Bell rd.Its on the east side of Cave Creek rd. I have purchased several types of foam there reasonably. They have a very good variety of types.

Bingo, thanks for the heads up! Just a few miles from me too! I knew my stubborness would pay off!
