Which flashlight mount ??

I'd like to mount a flashlight on my rifle. The only place I have to mount it is on the TOP of the gas block. I'd like a offset (obviously) mount that swings the light to the side of the rifle. What are you guys using for this application?

Also ... which flashlight have you used with t?
 
What size is your barrel? I have a kill light mounted ona 16" bull barrel in front of the gas block with the kill light mount it works great.

If you have a quadrail you can just use a 1" scope ring. Most tactical flashlights are 1" dia. On the gun in my avatar I mounted a short section of rail at the front of the round handguard for a light.
