Vais and Harrells are great brakes, BUT since you said prone I would not use one as stated above because of the bottom holes. Hollands are great, but overpriced and look like a big ole "cobb" on the end. Here is one I just put on a .17 Remington for an AR..........

has a flat bottom and top no holes the other SHREWD has holes at 360

Skip the brake for bench and prone if you ever plan to shoot a match. Or at least take it off to shoot a match......
