I think I would have to practice that bow shot a little though.

My woodpecker has talon marks in in the wing after a hawk busted it this past spring, but she still works like a charm.

Once the coyotes look at the Whirling Woodpecker decoy they don't seem to look at anything else. When I can take pictures of them and then set my camera down and pick up my shotgun and shoot the coyote without them seeing me, I know the Whirling Woodpecker decoy is working.
