Who has a CZ rifle in 22 lr?

I have a CZ-455 Varmint in 22 Magnum, and have a 22LR 20" Varmint 22LR barrel coming for it. It will be a paper puncher for my wife. If she likes it I'll be ordering a CZ-455 Mannlicher in 22 Mag for a coyote/cat/rabbit gun for me.

They are reliable, the trigger is easily adjusted by ordering a trigger spring kit, they are all steel and wood and the fit and finish are very nice.

I got it just a month before the PM convention and took it to NV to blood it.

Sorry guys I hope this wasn't the last coyote in northern NV

I've got a few CZ-452's They are fabulous rifles for the money. They are crazy accurate with good ammunition and easy on the eyes. Great rifles.

Mine is a 527 american 22 crazy accurate, phenomenal trigger, nothing bad to say, however the Tikka T1X is maybe a hair better, not enough to part with the CZ.

I've had both, the American and the Varmint. Had the American first and sold it to get the Varmint. Turned out the American shot just as well as the Varmint and a little lighter. Nothing really bad to say about either one.

Had a 452 varmint and sold it. Wish I kept it.

I presently have 2, 452 Sporters, 1 is a 22lr and the other is a 22WMR.

Just bought a 457 varmint in 22LR a couple weeks ago. Love them all. Wanting a 17 HMR. I really want a 17 WSM but CZ doesn't make it.

no, but savage does. it is one of the highest quality rifles you could ever own.

and sometimes, just like a bloody democrat and the news media, i exaggerate and lie a little bit.

The gun shop I go to just got in a CZ MTR. I know some don't care for the stock but I thought it was very nice. It shouldered good and the vertical grip felt good. No set trigger but the trigger felt good and broke clean. I think the are adjustable for pull weight. They said the last one they got was there a day. Hope this one stays a little longer while I save up some money.

This would be a model you might take a look at if it is of any interest to you.

I've got the CZ455 Tacticool 22LR, I really like the stock because it simulates the feel of what I have on my actual hunting rifles. Which makes it great for a trainer. It's also suppressor ready which is a plus for me since my kids love to shoot!

Two 527’s, one in 223 and other in 204, both “Americans”. Just acquired the 204 used.

I also just acquired a 452 sporter with a wood stock that has the snabel tip forend in 22lr, used but have not shot it yet. It is sure easy on the eyes and the reviews are positive. The magazine is missing for the rimfire so I will likely get the five round version. The trigger is not too bad but I will likely change or modify that as I am anal about triggers since a poor one really raises havoc with field accuracy. The trigger on my 452 is not bad but it’s not great. I am into great!

I have had my 223 527 since 2005 and really am a fan of set triggers. I wish the 452 I bought was a 453 instead thus giving me set triggers across the board on all my CZ’s. The set trigger that CZ produces is not on a par with my Canjar set on my 788 Remington but the CZ trigger is better than no set by a considerable margin.

Three 44s

I have the CZ453 in 17HMR.... most accurate and best looking rimfire I have, including a Savage American Classic.

Been keeping my eyes open for a 22LR in the same thing... However, most can't be bought for what new price was when CZ discontinued them.

I've got a 457 in Pro Varmint and American in .22 LR. The Pro Varmint is the most accurate .22 I've had. It has stayed right with the Voodoo Tactical rifles in some rimfire matches. 457 is nicer than the 455 bc of the short bolt throw and adjustable trigger. Also forward push safety. I've owned a lot of bolt action .22s, custom and factory. I'm very happy with the 457 platform.

I shot my CZ 452 American yesterday. It really likes the expensive stuff, but the cheaper Aguila shoot pretty good too.
Here are a few targets with the Aguila $1.79 per box vs Fed Gold medal ultra match at $20 per box.

My CZ 457 Varmint will shoot the same ammo a little better. Along with various Eley ammo.

My son has a 452 left handed. Excellent shooter. I have a 455 synthetic with a .22lr barrel and .22WMR. Both shoot MOA at 100yds. I've shot prairie dogs out to 200yds with the WMR more than once.
