OkieOutlaw, WOW, I haven't seen that definition of Veteran before, but if resonates with me - 4 generations of my family have written that check.
RoadKill - seems like you've gotten all the solid advice. My best hunting buddy from Chandler goofed his back up and Quads to both save the sides of his nice pickup from scratches and save his back. I've still got the infantry/engineer ability to "ruck up" and get there but catching a ride on the back rack of his Quad is nice. I haven't heard it mentioned but keeping your weapons on the front sure cuts down on the amount of dust you have clean off the weapons when the hunt is done. Let's see some pics of the terrain where you hunt near Yuma. I spend a year there one summer!
