Anyone have a picture of a W400 reflector and led. looking for replacement reflector for light and was wondering if this will fit

can I buy reflector with red led. Yes it does look like the one ultramag posted. The reflector is 73mm long and 42mm wide but is junk. has scratches in it and has two different finished on the inside.
 
i'm still looking around havn't been able to find just the reflector. if i do, i'll post it up. thanks for posting the dimensions that will help.

can you confirm that the module screws on to the reflector. there is a few different variations of this light. some screw on some don't
 
the reflector just seems to fit on top of led module. where the led "fish eye" is at the reflector seems to friction fit around it. very cheesy. The 73mm length is the reflectoe and led module together
 
can you measure the length of just the reflector?

if you could post a picture of the reflector that would help to. use macro mode on your camera to get good close up pics.

the reflector is approx 58mm. the led module does not look like any other modules I have seen. the bulb or "fish eye" is cloudy and overall very cheaply made. I can get back to you about the pics since I have to have my wife help with that.
 
its looks just like the reflector from xlr250. trying to find one now. ultramag do you have a link for the one in the pic?

i knew i saw them somewhere. http://www.cnqualitygoods.com/goods.php?id=1286 this outfit is generally considered a trusted seller. however that said, i cannot confirm that this item is an exact replacement for your reflector. its looks close and to me would be worth a try. whats happening is most of these hunting lights sold here wicked, ewt, vlr, xlr whatever... are in some cases clones of more expensive name brand lights and when the chinese copy something they don't always copy them perfectly. and to compound the problem they are even copying the copies, cloning the clones, so you hardly ever know what you are going to get. be aware that it is chinese holiday right now and nothing is shipping from china. it may will take weeks to get it.

That's the chance you take with buying from china.I actually bought the Wicked light clone and the same thing happened,the led looked dirty and the beam wasn't bright at all.

Sorry the W400 reflector will not work, it is different, uses a different LED Module which screws in and has a special spacer..

Maybe you can contact the seller / manufacturer, they should have warranty support on the defective LED and defective Reflector.

this is precisely why i started building, repairing and modifying lights. in most cases i can change the emitter and cicuit board and make it perform very well without having to buy a whole new light.

i measured my xlr250 reflector and it measures 41.84mm at the widest, and is 57.61 mm long and 21.03mm at the bottom.
