Have anyone actually talked to staff there? Last correspondents I have had was April 2026. Otherwise goes to answering machine.

I talked to them a month ago, unfortunate does not seem to have the fastest/best customer service.

I've known them and used their calls for over a quarter century ..... I emailed Pat a couple weeks ago just to say hi and see hows shes doing, and she just mailed back that it was "nice to hear from me... stay in touch." that was it; no further info.

I called Pat few years ago when Boss Bill died, I may have to call and check on her, she always did me right, I am still killing yotes with my WT calls, and
think for night calling the WT remote with glow in the dark paint on the buttons when calling and shooting alone, is still the best.

A Friend talked to Pat an tried to order a new call. She said they were waiting on parts, that was six months ago. Unfortunately I think the end has come to these great calls.
