Will Beretta and Benelli shotgun stocks interchange?

I have a Beretta 390 12 gauge and want a pistol grip type stock. I have read on a few forums that the Beretta and Benelli's stocks interchange. I want to install Benelli's turkey pistol grip stock and forearm on my shotgun if possible. Dose anyone know if my gun's stock and forearm will interchange With the SBE?

Will the Beretta 1200 or 1201 stocks interchange with the 390? I found a listing for a chocate pistol grip stock that was offered on the police versions.

I'm guessing not. Otherwise they would advertise that with the suregrip stock. And it just says SBE's.
