looking to get a new caller this fall. my FX5 is getting obsolete. hope to see the new one's at the expo. was going to order a custom one for cougar calling. but i better wait to see what's new. Rick /ubbthreads/images/graemlins/grinning-smiley-003.gif

Yes, you will get a peak at the expo. We will have some new items to highlight there. I will say this: You will REALLY like them. There will be more features than any other unit ever released, including the FX5. Plus, you should see our new hand call there as well. The molds are just now being completed.

If you get the FOXPRO SP-55 speaker and the 12 volt gel cell battery it will turn your FX5 into a FX6. /ubbthreads/images/graemlins/grinning-smiley-003.gif
 
when i was at Foxpro i bought SP-55 SPEAKER. and i have a Gel cell. i will have to give it a try in a few week's on bear. going to hunt the eastside big country. every year august september the new caller's come out. Rick
 
I have to ask you an honest question Rick. Do you truly think that a new caller will bring you better sucess? Do you feel as though the call you have is inadequite ? If so, why?
 
Just asking some questions Rick. By all means buy new toys if you want them. I was just currious as to what exactly you meant by obsolete and what your expectations of a new caller would be reguarding to your sucesses.
 
We all know the newest callers on the market guarantee more kills than their predecessors. /ubbthreads/images/graemlins/smile.gif Advancing technology and such. What's funny is the caller that last year was the best of the best, this year is outdated technology. It's a curse for us callers who like trinkets and have some extra money in our pockets once in a while.
 
obsolete meaning there is a new caller every year. it was a joke.i'm trying to do stuff this year. felt like i could have died last year with my heart and stuff. i have sugar diabetes now. so going to doo different stuff. thinking of going to alaska call wolf and wolverine maybe. wish there was a reliable wolf or cougar guide i might go with. my wife want's me to do all that stuff before i cant. i'll be 50 this year. i've been wanting a custom Foxpro for a couple year's. just have had a lot of change's. just wanted a new foxpro. didnt want to have to give reason's why. Rick
 
I for one can hardly wait to see the new caller and hand calls. I will have to wait until they hit the Internet, but I hope it doesn't take too long. E-callers have come a very long way in a short time. I welcome the newest technology and am thankful that companies are still raising the bar. The old callers still work, but the features and convenience of the new ones can't be beat. If I had to, I'd use my old cassette player that I had back in the early 70's.

Rick, just relax. I was just curious if obsolete meant it no longer performed (as far as calling critters) and if you thought buying the newest whiz bang was going to change all that.

Buy all the toys you wish and appologize to no one... except the wife.

If your looking for sucessful wolf hunts , do your homework before you book. Might want to look into Canada also. Good luck and good health.

Heck with a peak. When is this expo? Heck i can test it out in september for whyoming coyotes and again in Texas the following month for bobcats and coyotes. LOL
