WIN 760 in 30-06

Anybody ever experience severe vertical stringing of groups when using Win 760 powder?

I ran out of H4895 for my 30-06 but had almost a pound of Win 760. Loaded 56-58 grains of 760,150 gr. Hornady Interlock bullets, Win std. primer, in neck sized Win cases. Groups were strung vertically 2-3 inches in every instance. Swapped bullets to 150 gr Sierra Pro Hunter and still severe vertical stringing. Changed to Fed. primers - same results. Shot almost 100 rounds and never did get anything much less than 2".
Groups were 3 shot groups with aprox 5 minutes between shots.

Found some H4895 this weekend at the gun show and 50 grains behind the Sierra 150 Pro Hunter = .75".

I've seen groups change when swapping powders, but never seen anything this severe. Should I have used magnum primers? Any other suggestions. Normally, I have good results with Winchester powder and love how well it meters, but this has me stumped.

I would tilt the can a little more, probably work up around 60grs. With my 414/760 loads the closer to max the better they shoot. 55.5grs with a 180gr bullet shoots great from my 30/06 Ruger.

Unless your showing pressure signs,,I'd bump the powder charge up in .2gr increments and see if the vertical starts to shrink.
