Winchester model 275 22 mag

Hey All,
I just bought a Winchester model 275 22 mag at a yard sale
for a good price. The gun is in nice shape and shoots
good. I was wondering if anyone has had one of these for
a while and can tell me weather it is a good dependable
rifle. I'm a little concerned with the aluminum frame and
longevity. thanks
 
Only thing I can tell you is sometimes the triggers are pretty bad and parts are near impossible to get for them. My old hunting partner has a 250 model. It's the semi-auto 22 longrifle version and it's shootable, but has a heavy creepy trigger.
 
I had one of the pump version's back in the 60's but couldn't afford to shoot it enough to wear it out . Great rifles but could use a better trigger. /ubbthreads/images/graemlins/grinning-smiley-003.gif
