Wiped out the sound list on Shock WAve remote

Was trying to cancel a preset 1 and could not find a delete function. Went to settings and figured that restoring the factory defaults would do that. Hit the restore button and all the sound list on the remote is gone and nothing in the manual about that.
If anyone knows how to undo the damage please let me know. I will call FoxPro Monday but would like to have my unit back for this weekend.
Thanks

You'll be able to put all the sounds that are on the Shockwave back on the remote. You will have to reset your presets, etc. When you chose to go back to factory defaults, you are basically starting over.

You should be able to use your TX1000 remote and find in settings the "Download List" and it will bring back all of your sounds back onto your remote. You will then need to re-add all of your presets. Categories if you have them should be fine.

Thanks to all of you for chiming in. I have all my lists back and have reprogrammed the rest. At 70 I get a little confused with the electronic gadgets as intuitive doesn't always apply in my case. The grandkids are never around when I need them.
By the way, last Tuesday we got into the crows using the Shockwave for the first time so its been bloodied.
