Wolf .223 hp ammo and coyotes

I know a lot of people don't like Wolf ammo but it shoots just fine in my rifle. I use the 62 grain hollow points. Has anyone shot a coyote with these or the 55 grain version? Just wondering how the expansion was on them.

the new wolfs have steel jackets on the bullets too, I have heard that they don't expand reliably and act almost like fmj.
 
I have a case of the 62 grn HP's I bought to shoot at the P-dogs. When they hit they worked fine. But the best I could get out of them was an inconsistent .75-1.5 in. group @ 100 yds. I still have 500 + rds. sitting and waiting for my step son to invite me out to shoot a LE M4Colt AR16. I'm shooting mine out of my Saiga. They were shooting 2" or a little less at 100 yards. I shot 40 shots when I first got it and they were all in 2". Good enough for coyotes I figure. I was just woried about the expansion.
 
I checked on the Wolf site and all the .223 ammo is listed as having "copper" jackets. Some of the other calibers have bi-metal jackets.
 
They may use an alloy which contains steel but they can not be a mainly steel jacket. A steel jacket would trash any barrel in short order.

Wolf is fine for shooting/plinking, but they are loaded on the light side, so velocity isn't great, I don't know anyone who has used them hunting, so I don't know anything about how well their bullets perform.
