Well you got to admit they were fun to shoot and pretty cheap before O'Biden. This will put a bigger kink in the ammo supply than we already have, Thanks to a wonderful president. I used many rounds of 223 7.62x39, 308 and 45acp in the winter because I never had to dig for the cases for reloading just let em fly in the snow LOL.

He's talking steel case stuff.

What is the grounds for the ban, Russia sanctions, or an ammo import ban?

I read a little about it and IIRC Its an ammo import ban. Also included nuclear bombs and such. Hadn't planned on buying one of those anytime soon. Steel case ammo isn't something I buy so that doesn't bother me but those that do will have issues. Probably means they will buy the same stuff in brass casings causing a greater shortage of components that we already have. This is just my thoughts for what they are worth.

Lol bombs, hey?
I said Tula and wolf steel case ammo are banned from Russia, thanks to Russia and Putin poisoning
The dude that was going to run against him in the election.
But no matter O'biden did it to hurt american gun owners period.
If you don't think this is going to affect other ammo supply & demand think again.
It's already tight on brass ammo, now all the blasters have to switch over too brass ammo in 223, 45. 9mm, 7.62x39 308 300BO, & some others. ya you see the problem? Nuclear bombs LOL.

That's why I shoot a lot of Russian steel in the winter time, no need for me to dig through snowbanks on my farm because it isn't brass.
Besides shooting steel helps me to beat the winter blues.
But no more steel. Just another Biden commie move behind our backs.

I'm sure it will effect components that are already hard to get. No steel case stuff mean they will have to use brass. This will impact all of us I'm sure.

Just as the U.S. taxpayer funding of gain of function virus research directed by democrat president hired health officials, "emergency" suspension of constitutional rights and voting fraud protections by democrat governors because of a health crisis. The border and Afghanistan and defund police crisis, all are intended to provide the reason(s) to impose emergency powers acts, marital law. Democrat governors tried to close firearm retailers, but only failed because of Trump appointed judges. The democrats, many of you voted for, are all in on taking away our constitutional god given rights by any means. Biden(Obama cabinet appointees) hasn't done anything legislative only by executive order.

I pick up a lot of range brass. I keep what I can use and use to sell it to a local shop in town. I didn't get a lot for it but I didn't have much in it either. Lately I have just gave them the brass but its usually small amounts.. Last two times I went in to get powder or bullets they gave me a discount. Works for me.

I don't even reload metallic and I still pick up all the brass I see. I have friends that reload for me that I give what I can to, and whatever I have extra I just toss on a forum at the end of the year. It usually brings quite a surprising amount, for "junk" that others left behind. Enough to buy a few boxes of rounds at least. Sometimes I'll luck into one of the rarer brasses and my buddy will let me know so I can find someone who needs it. You want to make friends fast, offer a "friend of a friend" 150 7.62 brass for free.. Usually it ends with "what do you shoot?" and they hand me a couple boxes of rounds

From what I understand russias form 6 (I think he said 6) impotation of ammo military stuff etc, will not be renewed. The current form 6 doesn't expire until 08/23. So as of now it's still coming in.

Forgot to mention, I reload for 7.62x39, and have for a while now. Since non-lead is verboten in California now and the laws change every 10 minutes, I've had to. So, I gladly save the brass when I see people drop it. Now, with the Russian ban, I'm really glad I reload for it.
