Alot less recoil than I expected. I would imagine there is alot of wasted powder there and one heck of a muzzle flash.

LOL, nuthin. Several years ago I fired one of two barrels of a .500 nitro express from a standing position. I had no desire to shoot the second barrel. I wouldn't shoot this one, although like Crapshoot, to me the recoil seemed odd. It didn't appear much different than a 44 mag.

It did not look like in the video it recoiled like I was expecting as much fixing as he did before he shot.

Lots of dead weight, a heavy bullet and mild velocity with a high axis bore could make it tolerable. Now build a CCW unit and it would remove an arm. Physics is everything.

Still a handful however. lol

I think the muzzle break helped with the recoil some, probably made it a lot noisier for the shooter though.

Definitely needs a better designed muzzle brake to make it a decent hunting revolver...rather than an 'oddity'....Otherwise, by the time you got ready to shoot it at a 'threat', you would be lunch...

If you feel the need to wear a helmet when you shoot the pistol. It might be a little overkill. Just saying.
