The problem I have highlighted in bold is that nowadays MANY have it up their bums that reloading manuals are all written down by 15% and so these yahoo's are loading way too hot. Just because their plastic Remchester didn't blow up, or they don't have primers falling out, they keep loading up.
I wouldn't spend the money to re-heat treat any action made by Brno or any k98; they are fine. The pre-WWII actions will be good for low intensity cartridges if loaded with common sense.
