I recently purchased a Foxpro X24 from Bass Pro, what a fiasco that was!
Not sure what it's like buying from them in the US online but it's brutal up here in Canada. I can't believe a company as big as Bass pro can be that unorganized and behind on their basic order processing technologies. I placed the order online and received an email stating the order was accepted, and an order number was issued. The next day I thought I would check the order status and after asking for my email and the order # the reply was "no order found"! So, I call, yes, it's in the system. Ok, so a few days later and there's no activity, so I call again. They tell me the warehouse is very busy, but they have it pulled and ready to go. A few days later still nothing, now they tell me the X24, having lithium batteries needs special shipping paperwork and a different courier (note - this is in Alberta Canada so there's no cross boarder shipping required). Several more days go by and they finally send an email that it is in shipping and ready to go and to "click here" for the tracking number, but upon clicking the link it sends you to their return process, not tracking. A full week goes by, so I call and ask for an update, they tell me it now has a tracking number, so I check and it says, "shipping label created" and has sat there for a few more days now. It has now been 9 days since I place the order, and it hadn't left their building! Finally say it move on the Purolator website a few days later. Finlay got it today, more than two weeks since I ordered it.
Anyway end of rant.
My question:
I was looking through the sound library and in the "Coyote" section there are a couple "siren" sounds! So I played them and they are just that - Sirens! What's that supposed to mimic? Can anyone tell me?
Thanks
