Yellowstone Animals

Anyone else seeing people freak out about an impending yellowstone eruption?

Here is the video they are citing and saying that all the animals are running away.

Hey i'm all for all the uneducated coyotes of Yellowstone coming down into Utah, i'd have a good few weeks if that was true.

Been hearing about this for a while. Supposed to be overdue to blow some say. Something will happen some day I guess. If an asteroid don't hit first.

The video has been disputed by park offiials.

Quote: This week, a video has been circulating claiming to show a herd of bison “running for their lives” out of Yellowstone National Park. The suggestion has been that the animals are sensing imminent danger associated with a volcano in the area.

But there’s just one problem: park officials told Reuters that the video actually shows the bison galloping into the park not out of it.

Somebody on here should recognize the area. I would like to know what, if anything is really going on out there. I can believe the video is whatever, but animals do hear low frequency noise we don't hear apparently. I have seen horses and cows run to the barn long before the storm hit.

Tough to say. I was checkin out the USGS website after the massive earthquake in Chile and Jellystone did have a 4.8 that was registered on 3/30 The report also talks about 25 other earthquakes the past few days before then.

Will it really blow? Doubt it, Buffalo are strange critters, Ive been to Yellowstone quite a few times in my life and the buffalo do what ever they want how ever they want to do it. Buffalo running down the road IMHO is not enough of a sign.

Now if every living critter in the park was running for the hills, there were significant earthquakes, and things such as geysers started acting differently I would consider the idea.
