Wall Bass ; that was a good read. . There were some very good points. . Last winter we had snow on the ground for 8 months so snow camo is my predominant camo. Bandit gets cold here. Colder than I want to be shooting a rifle that's for sure. But for most of the winter its OK. .
As with All camo gear it is very important to make sure it doesn't glow in the UV light spectrum. I was watching a show on TV with winter coyot hunting and my dog kept keying on 1 hunter. . Yes my sled dog watches TV. I have noticed that huskies and wolf cross dogs do a lot more than retrievers do. , Anyway. I noticed it and noticed that that one hunter seemed to appear to " glow " much more than any of the others did. . In Alaska, grey, white, brown and green are the natural colors and shadows stick out like more than a sore thumb. And there are almost no continuous circles or straight lines. . Wolves identify the human shape as being danger and I imagine coyote do also. .

I just picked up some insulated bib Realtree AP in snow on sale on black Friday at Bass Pro for 50 dollars. Looking for a all white cover-up for the top now.
