August will be 103, so yeah 83 will be good then.

Humidity gets up into the 70's sometimes in August here. Even 83 feels like a blanket of death. I'd much rather have 95 and 15% humidity. Last summer, we had a spell of high 90's, low 100's, but single digit humidity. It was fairly tolerable, I thought. Just scrape the slightest spark off anything and everything around would catch on fire though. That's not so good.
