C Cross J New member Feb 9, 2008 #4 I had a Zeiss scope go bad. I sent it in, and they shipped me a new one. Would have been here whithin a week, but UPS put it on the wrong truck. Anyway, Zeiss did their part, and I was impressed with their service. Maintain,Geordie

RePete New member Feb 9, 2008 #5 The Optic Zone has great prices on them. Send them an e-mail and they can answer all your questions. Great company to deal with as well. They really do bend over backwards to help their customers. I have one Zeiss (3-9 Conquest) and I'de buy another.
