Zero range

That is one of my prairie dog rigs, of which all of them having the same Vortex scope, all are FFP in mils. I avoided both FFP & mils for years, but they really do work well for prairie dogging. The reticle has a hash mark at every half mil, which corresponds almost perfect for every 50 yards in a normal 223 load for holding, no dialing needed.

Every other rifle I use for hunting is a "normal" SFP with MOA.

I have Shooter on my phone, but very seldom use it.

I have always used JBM on my desktop for years, but now they have gone kaput, closed the doors, and left the building.

I've played with a couple three since, but haven't found a new favorite yet.

Fwiw now, being a bit of an older post, i zero all of my rifles at 100 and set my stop as such. When i go out hunting, i set my dial for mpbr given the game im after (coyote, deer, etc.) If the shot ends up being longer, i typically have time to adjust. When my target is presented hot and heavy, its point and click!
