Those who carry a backpack or bag into the field, what do you pack?

Mine has
Extra batteries for remote/range finder
Hand/mouth calls
Knife
Extra 20 rounds
Water bottle
Emergency snacks (protein bars and beef sticks)
Camo bandage wrap
Yote drag
Tripod clipped to outside

Im rarely more than a mile from the truck, so all the skinning gear, water/food, charger for call etc are there for between stands.
 
For my nighttime adventures...

Chest rig main pouch:
Extra AA batteries for remote
Extra 18650 batteries for scope
10,000 mAh power pack and USB C cable (just in case)
Extra ammo
Ziploc bag with Lighter, solar blanket, TP, zip-ties
Drag
Hand warmers

External pouches:
Thermal Scanner tethered
Caller remote tethered
Extra magazines
Diaphragm calls

The rest:
Lanyard with hand calls
E-Caller, slung
Tripod and rifle, clamped & carried over shoulder
Headlamp
Sometimes a 3 leg seat, slung

In the truck is a range bag with backup e-caller, more batteries, spare battery pack for main e-caller, hat & gloves, extra headlamp, extra drags, extra ammo, etc.
 
Looks like you have all the bases covered pretty well, @BBK. I like everyting in one neat little package and since I'm never all that far from the jeep, most everything I need is attached to my bino harness. Installed two female snaps to shoulder straps to which I can fasten various combinations of hand calls (two of my favorite pairs pictured below). The call remote fits in a mesh pocket between chest and binoculars and is tethered to the harness via a carabiner. My coyote drag is 18" of para cord w/loops tied in both ends to form a noose and fits in pocket along w/range finder. Remote for decoy fits in another mesh pocket on side, and spare batteries for remotes in opposite pocket.

Knife in pocket, extra ammo, water, snacks & first aid kit in jeep and I carry my shooting sticks as they double as walking stick and snake move-outer when walking where I can't see the ground.

Mounted a couple of female snaps on the gun rack in the vehicle as well.

I typically use a Primos Critter Sitter chair/backpack thingy. Attached to our carried in that are: Shockwave, Primos Trigger Sticks, 2" butt pad in case I need to go low, spare batteries, spare gloves and facemask, critter sling, and a scale because I like to satisfy my curiosity on weights of animals. I run an Alaska Guide Creations bino chest thingy my wife calls my "Snuggle Buddy." In or attached to that I carry binos, Shockwave remote, wind checker, range finder, hand calls, some meds, and the stuff to attach my phone to the Trigger Sticks for remote controlled photos. I also often have my .45 ACP hanging from the bottom of the chest rig. In pockets I carry the basic EDC stuff (knife, Leatherman, small flashlight) plus my phone and regular gloves and facemask. I carry my firearm in my hands because I haven't figure out a sling that'll work with the Critter Sitter.
 
Chest binopack has scanner attached to a lanyard with a closed reed and bite reed call on it, tethered remote, diaphragm on an alligator clip in the main compartment. A "critter call" in the elastic side pouch, phone in the back pocket. In the front zippered pocket is my license, extra dia., emergency whistle and a lens cleaning cloth. I carry an extra 18650 and 2 rounds in a pocket.
 
In my chest pack, I have (in no particular order):
Extra remote batteries
Extra battery for the thermal
2 coyote drags (one small handled one and a long one with a waist strap
Spare loaded mag
9mm and spare mag for it
Small LED flashlight
Some hand calls on a lanyard
 
I run with a back scabbard, there are bullet loops and on it that hold a few spare AA bats for the decoy. There is a zipper pouch that holds drag, knife, match safe and hand call. Tripod seat and shooting sticks attach to the outside of the scabbard and caller attached to X-ring on the front of the shoulder strap so I can deploy it without having to spend time getting out. Decoy is on the top of a trekking pole for the same reason. Remote is in a holster or Velcrod to my thigh..

If I'm hunting alone near the border I have a handgun in a drop leg holster as my rifle isn't handy in the scabbard.

i have spare ammo, e-call, remote, thermacell (for mosquitos) license, drag, rubber gloves, extra mag.

in pockets i have spare batteries for scanner, spare battery for scope, home made baking soda wind checker, gloves, flashlights (white and red beam)

sometimes i have a handgun on my hip.

rifle gets clamped onto the tri-pod at the truck with an arca swiss mount, that whole thing goes over the shoulder with the legs ready to be set down in case we spot a critter on the way in or out.

Best thing I bought several years back was the sly dog back pack. Comes with an attached pad and back rest and gun scabbard. I Put my shooting sticks and/or shotgun in the scabbard two drags and my E-caller in the bag. I still carry my rifle with a sling on my shoulder. But I’m mostly hands free going to a stand.
