Throat dimensions to allow for seating the bullet out further. Please explain as I have no clue, what's the advantage of the .22 Creedmoor over an 8 twist .22-250?
Bill,I have a hard time believing a Tikka varmint just shoots OK. Most I've owned or seen were very accurate with a good load and a good shooter. Other than shooting heavy bullets I don't see a need for a 22 CM.
I hope it's everything you wanted !I've done it! I ordered a barrel from preferred barrel in utah. 20 in (I shoot suppressed) 7.5 tw stainless. Sent them my barreled action and the new rig will be here in a couple days. I'll update when I get some rounds down range.
LOL, every time I go in my gun room I ask myself that same question. Except its have and not had. I know I have issues but that doesn't seem to stop me from buying. I guess there are worse things to be addicted to.Bill,
Of all the rifles you have had, how many did you really need ?![]()
The Creed is going to be a bit faster shooting the same bullet. It has more powder capacity. Also, due to the reduced body taper, it feeds better out of magazines. 22-250 doesn't feed for crap once you get past about 5 or 6 in a mag.Fellows,

I really don't know, and what is the parent case of the .22CM?
Thank you.
