I looked long and hard at both also in the ar platform. I settled on a 20 practical from woa. Some of the reasons that I went with the 20p was cheap brass and dies set-up and no fireforming. Like some of the others I could not get the 32gr or 40gr v-maxes to shoot very well. But I have some great groups with the 26gr grenades,35gr burgers, and the 39gr sierra's. The other nice thing about the practical is if you sell the gun all you have to do is run the cases through you 223 sizing die and they are back to a 223. one thing that I have tried to do is keep my bullets in the 20p different than the 223 because the 2 are way to close that I don't want to try and stick a 223 in a 20p.
