Its also sort of important to note that, unless something has changed quite a bit in the last couple years, foreign countries, such as russia used to (and possibly still do) measure rifle bores from land to land, and the US measures it from grove to grove, meaning that russian/chinese 7.62 bores are actually typically about .311 and US bores are .308, and of course the ammo from the respective countries follows suit, so US ammo will often function poorly out of foreign guns, and foreign ammo will often function poorly out of US made guns.
