What's the barrel length an what bullet are you using?
It is a ( Boltaction ) .. Not an AR!5 , it is 16" SS , 5R , 8twist , ,30 cal. 110 Vmax's . Factory Rem. short action .
The charge placed into the NAS3 case, is roughly 60,000 PSI as said by Quickload App. so it is time to STOP on the powder advancement .
It is a HOT LOAD and I am pretty sure the NAS3 cases can surpass what the actual Rifles Action was designed to do.
This is the Gorilla In The Room 'idiom' , with these new NAS3 cases released to hand loaders . The steel cases and the design hide all the normal tell tales that everyone is used to in making judgment calls when working up loads.
Steel NAS3 is 2-piece Steel design case, it is stronger than Brass . it is thinner walled for giving extra % more case volume for more powder . Steel hides all the Brass flow to the bolt-face you normally see with over Hot Loading . Also the Primers hang in NAS3 Pockets better, and not Popping/piercing or blowing out with higher pressures normally seen in Brass Case .
.
Edit Add :
I Been Downloading from the ( getting unsafe ) Max. PSI charge, and I have now settled on a powder load to shoot on the NAS3 w/110 vmax's . @ ( 2520 Vel. fps ) . still pretty good improvement over the normal used BO velocity .
