HandisShooter, I just might take you up on that offer by golly! Some of my methods do differ from some folks however. Lots of folks don't like crawling on their belly for 2 hundred yards to get a good shot. It sure does keep the excess fat down to a minimum for sure. /ubbthreads/images/graemlins/laugh.gif

All kidding aside, I am going to try to get an idea into the frying pan, soos maybe a whole bunch of Missourians can get together for a shoot or just a good old fashion BS session come warmer weather. /ubbthreads/images/graemlins/wink.gif

Thanks for the invite to hunt with you.
I will be there in april/may and we might meet during that time for I'll be all over the state looking at land I've researched.
Have to be back in Phx for may 13-15 for my hunter's ed instructors course. After that we should be back for good.
Look forward to meeting, hunting and swaping the BS with you all.
My hunting partner here is pissed that I'm leaving, but what can you do when the animals get less and the people become more. Damn overcrowding in AZ.

Sounds like more predator chasers from Mo than I imagined. No wonder I find so many call shy critters. Just makes it more rewarding when you connect.

With this kind of crowd, we could stand a chance at legalizing night hunting with lights. The main reason MDC doesn't allow it is likely due to deer poaching, so if a season was proposed after January 15th (when all deer hunts are over) it would be nearly impossible to get away with a poached deer.

Any thoughts on this idea. Looks like Scout22 would like to see it as a legal method.

We have a lot of Missourians in our state who would love to partake of a chapter or organization that it going to help there hunting needs and other to others hard learned lessons in the field by others who have been there before them. It is ALL about passing it on~!!! Let's do something before some ANTI GUN CLOWN decides to try and take more of our hunting away from us. Remember the slogan "UNITED WE STAND AND DIVIDED WE SHALL FALL".......TONK
 
The uniting of hunters is always a good idea. Just returned my night hunting equipment, once I knew that the law had changed.

Hey guys,

Just an update from Madman. He will be moved to Mo. around the first of July.He is moving about ten miles south of Aurora on 39.He should have the ability to check his e-mail a week or two after that.

Hey thanks for the heads up about Madman!
July is just around the corner and I am sure he will love Missouri as much as the rest of us Ozark Hillbilly's do LOL.

I still think it would be a great idea for a bunch of us to get together this summer and talk over things for hunts and perhaps this Predator/Varmint Hunters Association etc.
Any more comments on this subject, just please chime in and through your 2cents at us all.

In one word,deer. Conservation dept. is scared to death that someone is going to poach one. We have too damn many of them as far as I'm concerned.The blasted things are always crossing the highway in front of me.So far I've hit 5 and I think the dept. ought to start paying the deductable.Deer and turkey are the money makers for the dept of conservation and that seems to steer their directions on game laws.
 
The two of us will be there tuesday afternoon. Me till sat he will be a resident full time.I know he would like to meet anyone he can,someone to hunt with.
