ATF Form 4 Wait Times.

The tax stamp will be gone January 1, 2026. However, the paper requirement will remain. Therefore, some are anticipating longer wait times due to lack of funding combined with an increase in applications.

I wouldn't hold my breath waiting around on the free tax stamp.. if it ever gets approved I almost guarantee the price of suppressors will increase to make up for the 200$

Why would you think that ? The Feds don't set the prices .

I'd be willing to bet many companies will eat the $200 stamp between now and January to keep the sales flowing.

My dealer said he had a guy offer to pay him double the price of the suppressor ,if he would cancel my order and sell it to him !

I said dang, I would have split the profit with you !

After several weeks, processing has resumed. Approvals should speed up again.

I submitted a form September 20th, before the government shutdown and got it back approved on October 22nd.

Certified yesterday 11/5 at noon......let's see how long this takes

My hunting buddy just got his approved --- 10 days from submittal let's hope it drops.

I picked a can up yesterday. My dealer uses Silencer Shop. It took 3 business days for the application with trust to be approved.

Submitted 2 Tuesday evening, approved Friday before noon
