i have heard the magnets can get loud to but with practice you can limit that. It is rather large, but the AGC looks little big too so not much diferance, at least from the pics
any other info on either of these would be great
bigsky I have never had a problem with the time it takes to get them out of the pouch. As far as comforbility I hardly notice its there. Way better than a hrness system. Size wise I don't think its bigger than the badlands I think it might be smaller actually. I will try and get some pics of mine on tonight so you can see.
When I am in an area that I will be using my bino's a lot I don't buckle the front buckle and the top stays over unless the wind was to catch it or you open it. All you have to do is reach down and grab them. It takes maybe a sec longer then on a harness. I also like the fact that they don't bounce of your chest like with a harness they stay tight againt your chest and don't move.
I have used them on an elk hunt with a pack and they didn't get in the way of the shoulder straps like some people say the badlands does because the straps on that are pretty bulky. It also has no interference when drawing or releasing a bow.
I know when I first got my Swaro's I would keep them on a harness and leave the rubber caps on the front and back of then so I didn't get anything in them. It took me 3x as long to get the caps off so I could look at something than it does to just pull them out now. I use it while coyote hunting and it's pretty quite if you need to slip them out to check the area for a coyote thats help up.
By the looks of the pocket you should be able to fit any current nikon, leica, swarovski or whatever rangfinder in the front pocket. As long as it looks like one of these.

Just for demo purpuses. You know if it is the old square style it probably wont fit.
Sorry it's so long hope it helps you a little bit.
Here is a review someone did on it.
