Cal Taylors sounds

Here's my theory on why my sounds are worth more. Some of you may or may not know that a pile of the older original foxpro sounds are stuff I produced. I tested and released sounds that I knew worked. For whatever reason many of the sounds I recorded and tested didn't produce or were marginal at best. I wouldn't release those sounds. I have dozens and dozens of recordings that sound great, but just didn't produce to my satisfaction. Fast forward to todays world and the guys recording sounds. I swear they release everything they can get recorded. Some of them are great, but in my testing and using many of these sounds, a lot of them are just noise. 90 percent are ineffective. 10 percent are golden. I'm not naming names or calling anyone out. How they run their business is none of my business. The stuff I release works. I have used it and just release the cream of the crop. So I could have released 25 sounds for $5.00 each and made as much or more money as I have now, but I chose to sell the absolute best for more money. Any of you that buy a lot of sounds from various places know that a lot of what you paid $5.00 for wasn't worth even downloading. Would you prefer to buy 5 sounds for $25 and hope to get one that works, or buy 1 sound for $20 that really does? I'm going to continue to do this the way I see as best for me and my customers, and If I loose a few guys due to price, I'm ok with that. I know that the guys that do buy are going to be happy. My sounds won't cover for bad setups and inexperience, nobody's will. But I do know the guys that are using them correctly are kicking ass with them.

Well I can attest first hand how well these sounds work. They plain kick ass. Especially with some of these educated coyotes here in Utah.In my opinion they are worth every penny…..My only complaint is when you’re going to put out a few more.😉

If what Cal has available now, and they are working well, how many more sounds could you possibly need?

If a handful of sounds are working, Two handfuls just have to be better! ;)

There are guys like Cal and DAA that can get away with using the same few sounds for years with an incredible amount of success. I have to assume that much of that success is dependent on location, coyote density and hunting pressure. I guess there's always the chance that they are great callers, and I suffer from mediocrity?

Anyway, I have sounds that were the hot ticket for periods of time, and then seem to go cold at other times. I for sure have my handful of favorites, and Cal's are certainly in that handful. They were tops for me at the tail end of our season last year. For reasons only the coyotes know, I haven't had a response or call in to his vocals in my limited time afield so far this season. Not yet anyway. Bustin Fur Audio's Moto Moto vocals have triggered and/or called the most for me so far. As the season progresses, and I (hopefully) get out more I will surely be throwing Cal's sounds out there.

I would buy more if Cal put more out.
