I've been looking at the Giraud tri way trimmer and the little crow worlds finest trimmer. Can anyone give me there input on these two trimmers.
Are there any other trimmer's I should be looking at in the same price range?

I have the Giraud, and although it is pricey, I will never part with mine.

The only thing to know about the Giraud is it is absolutely dependent on how you re-size your cases for fidelity in trim length, as the trimmer indexes on the shoulder. In other words, take your time re-sizing and let the brass relax; pause at the top of the stroke for three or four seconds. If you de-cap and re-size in a hurry, there will be differences in datum lengths, and the trim lengths will reflect that.

I hope that makes sense...

PM Bob L Swagger and he can likely give you contact info.

Thanks spostalkshoot.

I may be better off with one of the other trimmers. I'm also considering something like the RCBS Pro trim 2, if anybody has any thoughts on this i would appreciate the info.

If you want a bench mounted hand crank trimmer Forster makes a good one.
That's the only one I have personal experience with. Can't help with the RCBS.

The RCBS one works well.

Look at the CH4D trimmer. Theirs indexes differently and should help with consistency.

How many chamberings do you need to trim? The new WFT with its interchangeable pilots seems very handy.

I am not saying not to try the dead on trimmer, just that I had not been able to contact him. I will try again I want his trimmer, I need to trim 17,22,284,308,338 cals.

Bought my Giraud last year - would never trade or sell it as long as I shoot and reload. Expensive (at least to me) but it works like a charm and one can handle a large amount of brass as a single setting.
