HOLY COW!!!! Some of those barrels have a big enough diameter so your could use them as an axle on a small trailer. Nice looking guns!!! Thanks for sharing.

Barrels on those guns are about "average" size.

Truck axle! Now this gun comes pretty close. Barrel diameter is 1.450" and the gun weight is exactly 29 pounds with a custom stock weighted to 10 pounds.

Chambering is the full length 444 Marlin case necked down to 6mm, with minimum body taper and a 40 degree shoulder angle.

This is the case, next to my favorite 6mm bullet - Sierra's 85 gr. B.T.-H.P. Game King

Here are a couple of groups that I shot with this rifle. All groups were shot at 600 yards. There was absolutely "0" wind blowing and cloud cover kept mirage from being an issue. It took an average of 15 minutes per group to be fired.

As a side note - I carried and used this rifle during Desert Storm, and even though It may have gotten a little heavy at times, it performed flawlessly!

I would have liked to have been there. That's world class shooting right there! Especially with that bullet (although still one of my favorite as well).

Coleridge,

there were 2 State Troopers and one of my shooting buddies that were there with me, who witnessed those groups being shot...

PERFECT CONDITION shooting days like that are very few and far between...

Something I noticed in your pictures......seems they are all built off Remington actions. Of course with the exception of the T/C's. I like that you didn't need custom actions to build accurate rifles. Do you build your own T/C barrels as well?

Guess I missed the Savages but did notice the Browning. Those T/C stocks are pretty wild. You sure won't loose the yellow and green one.
