As hunters it seems we are always trying to defend and protect our rights to hunt and pursue our heritage in a peaceful lawful manner. We must address the ARA [Animal rights activists} on a daily basis. Organizations like Predator Masters have stated goals to protect and promote our sport. We have one forum dedicated to supporting these goals. In it we can be advised of threats and can discuss actions we need to take to defend our sport.
As some of you know Dan Carey was a member and sponsor here, and that his sponsorship was revoked and he was refunded fees on a prorated basis He was subsequently banned for TOS violations and behavior unbecoming a member of PM.
We have for the most part ignored him. As a result of his latest actions, this must change.
Here are some posts made by Dan Carey on another board. Identities on that board are protected to allow the poster anonymity. Through his own admission, Dan Carey is Capt. Ahab.

I think you guys are being a little hard on pussgut and the boys.
They after all are just trying to make the annual Will Craig Memorial PM Hunt into something really special. The predatormasters.com Convention and hunt.
In 2011 it will be called predatormasters.com convention without the hunt, after all pussgut isn't really a hunter.
In 2012 it will be called pussguts revenge and will be held in edmonton canada. Or, how about predatormasters.com annual convention to be held at Disneyland and the bar next door.
I think its a great idea to have the convention in LC. What was truly great about the previous hunts is they were held in the founders home town and with little effort the hunting was very good. Seems every year some either killed a lion or at least called one. Cheap licenses and no hassles from G&F cops. No speeding tickets, no shortage of rooms at one hotel with "convention" meeting rooms within walking distance.
I've been thinking, what would a PETA demonstration would look like at the "convention". I wonder if someone could get one going, I think you can do that in the NM, might be a little harder on the rez.

Dear PETA, I happen to know where a large group of so called hunters, some of which are actually a drunks, are going to congregate and start the wanton murder of predators, namely beautiful YOY coyotes, while intoxicated. They neither use the pelts or the meat from these animals they kill. It is also know that some of them use German attack dogs to dispatch the wounded animals. Picture attached.

Well, I didn't know there was a line in Snarks and Shreds. We may not agree with everything said here, but in general we do agree PMS is a target. Maybe more mine than yours.

As most here know, the ARA was alerted to our hunt on the San Carlos Reservation last year. It was not a problem because the Reservation being a Sovereign nation would not allow them access to us. We were forced to defend our sport and our annual hunt to the media We shouldn't have to go through this at our hunt in NM or any other time.
