Decent .40 pocket pistol?

We had some local guys having problems with 9MM's and poppers so we ordered in some Fed American Eagle 147gr FMJ flat point that seems to do a better job of knocking them over with the smaller 9MM rounds.
 
i tried the 147's outta my sr9 they worked nice for bowling pins out at 50 then i tried the new hornady steelmatch 125 gr HP they hit as hard as the 147's do i think plus the accuracy was a tad better with the steelmatch
