Only one I ever did...had to pretty up that Savage. was a 12FV 22-250 at that time.

Hard to see, but best pic I had of it...same gun, with a BrentWin applied sponge paint on stock. This was a few years ago. Now a 18" 223.

Turtle: thanks for the paint removal tip. Those are some wild paint jobs, good work!

Crittr gittr: I agree with Billsauk, thats a fine stencil choice.

There's some really good looking rifles posted. I love seeing what everyone else does. Its a unique mixture of utility and artistry. Some are heavy on the utility, others are definitely art. I hope to see more!

Here's my Savage 110 chambered in .270. blends in well with the sagebrush of western Wyoming.

My Spikes Tactical AR. Used Krylon camo colors tan for the base, flat dark earth for the stencil colors.

Here's some pictures of a couple of different paint jobs I've done on my AR.

This was 6 or so years ago for some winter coyote hunting in SD.

Once the snow melted I stripped it with brake cleaner and painted it to be a bit more useful year round.

It blends in pretty well now that I live in NV. This gun has seen a lot of rounds and hard use over the last 5 years so it's probably due to be repainted at some point. At the very least I need to paint the new scope cap I suppose.

Here is O'l Coontail , my Bmag daytime coon calling gun . I like unique patterns compared to prints. Done with rattle cans and painters tape.

I really dig that!
