East River South Dakota hunters?

You guys that live in sd I always here people say how much it easier it is to call west river vs east river, is there any truth to that, just curious so I thought I would ask the sd pros
 
I'm obviously not a pro, but there's just (way) more coyotes west river. I live east river, but drive west 25 miles to hunt west river.
 
There are area in east river that are good area, but like SDSniper said "there are way more coyotes west river". Most of East river is pretty populated, there is just so much more prairie west river.
 
I went out 'east river' today and didn't see a thing in 5 stands. It was probably too windy, but figured better than sitting at home.
 
Sd sniper isn't the calling right on the counties east of the river comparable to west river like areas on the crow creek res looks like there's some rough coyote country in there
