I'll never forget this one, I had this brute's back in the scope of the 22-250, he came lopeing in with about 3 magpies tailing him, just waiting for him to crest the little hill........waiting then just as I could make out his head.....BOOM....THWOP...my dad had stopped him in his tracks.... one more step and it would've been me in the picture /ubbthreads/images/graemlins/frown.gif

This is a picture of my young cousin and my self in front of my grandpa's cabin. This was his first buck and his first time hunting. We were sitting in the same stand and was nice to watch him get his first. About an hour and a half after he filled his tag a nice one came by. We were done by 11:00 AM.
