First Hooves on the Ground

While I was on my way to a 3D archery shoot today, I spotted a doe in a valley with her fawn. That little guy wasn't as big as a loaf of bread. It must be only a few days old. :)

Walking the course, I kept checking the paths for hoof prints and found a few. Then I spotted a set of doe hoof prints and along side hers' were a set of her fawn's hoof prints. :cool:
I'm hoping to see a lot more of them, as the year goes.

We have a lot of deer at the gun club. No hunting of any kind so they know they are safe. The should be dropping fawns any time now. Some probably already have.
