from searching this forum as well as others it appears that a lot of folks ask which light to use for night hunting. What would be great is if the vendors who sell lights or those that get the chinal copy off ebay could post real world pictures of the lights they sell taken at night with objects at 50,100,200 etc.. You can find this for some but i myself like the looks of the knoxx red dagger and others that vendors sell on here but just reading descriptions and actual pics would help a lot of folks. If i sold flashlights and claimed i had the best or you could take shots out to 200 yards etc. then some pictures to back it up, i think i could sell a bunch of lights. Just my thoughts. With all the hunting pressure around here right now from what i have seen it looks like it would be best to go into the really thick stuff to try and get a coyote so that is why i liked the Knoxx red dagger. Mounted on a shotgun, less than 100 yards shots with the easy focus makes it seem like a great light for that. Just my thoughts. The local gun store here just got in one of the laser genetics n5 subzero units and i would guess his building has a storage area underneath that is long enough for a 75 yard bow range and he lets folks take the laser genetics down and turn the lights off and see what they think. I talked to him yesterday and said that has helped him sell over a dozen of the units in the last few weeks.
