im very impressed with these from winchester but i want to load them myself with some bb or f lead shot. anybody know how to make them?

Honestly, you can't. If you were to take one apart, you still wouldn't know the type of powder used. Then you would need the exact wad, and buffer. Then you would need the exact case. Buy the newest Lyman shot shell manual, and look for a combo that is similar, is the best you can do. Shot shells are not like loading center fire rifle, as you have to follow the exact load data, or you can get in trouble quick.

Plus Winchester uses some proprietary syrup that is poured into and around the loaded shot that hardens. Great turkey shells-4 shots 4 kills.

Try Ballistic products Inc.
They have a lot of resources for long range shotgun reloading.
If you pattern your loads you can learn a lot.

ballistic products is where i get all my stuff and i got there reloading book and the lymans but cant find anything like that in them. i was really asking if anybody knew if there was data out there for that syrup design. the closest to that that i have found is loads using the myler and teflon wraps but that is really for protecting your barrel from what i understand and not for holding the shot together like that syrup does. I am still waiting for some flight control and diamond cut wads to come out for loading buckshot but so far that is not looking real promising ether.

Smash plastic is what I read they used, would like to mix and pour a little into the shot let it cure and roll crimp it.

The lead BBB and Lead T shot that BPI sells are about the perfect sizes of lead shot to reload for coyotes. The lead BBB and lead T shot both out penetrate lead BB shot by quite a bit and have way more pellets per shell than lead F shot and number 4 buck.

You may have to use less shot weight with the bigger shot sizes because turkey loads with much smaller shot sizes do not take up as much space in the wad as bigger shot sizes.

From KPY Shotshell Ballistics. All of the loads below are 1-1/2 oz lead loads starting out at 1250 fps. I want 3.70" of 20% gel penetration for killing and breaking down coyotes. When I could use lead BB shot on coyotes 40 to 45 yards was about the Max range I could count on getting. Many of the coyotes I shot with lead BB shot had to be shot 2 or 3 times.

1-1/2 oz of lead BB shot has about 77 pellets per 1-1/2 oz load and it gets 3.70" of 20% gel penetration at 43.7 yards.
1-1/2 oz of lead BBB shot has about 65 pellets per 1-1/2 oz load and it gets 3.70" of 20% gel penetration at 52.9 yards
1-1/2 oz of lead T shot has about 56 pellets per 1-1/2 oz load and it gets 3.70" of 20% gel penetration at 62.9 yards.
1-1/2 oz of lead F shot has about 42 pellets per 1-1/2 oz load and it gets 3.70" of 20% gel penetration at 83.4 yards.

With the much higher pellet counts of lead BBB and Lead T shot they may give you more dead coyotes at 50 to 60 yards than lead F shot because of the higher pellet counts.

If you insist on trying this, don't run it through a tight choke until you know how tough your resin is. You don't want to slam a solid wad of shot through a tight, restrictive choke.
